How Do I Place An Order?
Select an item you like then "order this item" fill in the required details i.e. your name and email or phone number. Then, click “Order Now” to confirm your item. We'll contact you in no time at all.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don’t, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we’ll get it sorted, pronto!

I received my order and it’s incorrect! What do I do?
We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
